[Closed] ccapp.exe gone?

one day- out of the blue sky my firewall (in vista) have shut itself down and my norton antivirus have stoped working. it could been a new program i've installed this:
Desktop screen record 5.0.exe (and it looks like this has genereted itself too RtHDVCpl.exe).
since then my anti virus doesnt load at startup and when i try to start it manualy it says- ccapp.exe is missing (from symantec shard folder).
whan i had hijackthis scanning i had two errors popping up- here are they followed by the log:

Hijackthis say "O1 - hosts file redirection" in red- BTW i dont know what rhino.acme is…

and 2nd error:
