Ok..I'm a newby:blush: I have tried to download windows updates and the active x doesn't respond. AVG has a virus called Dropper.Small in quarantine. I have tried shutting off system restore and then restarting, turning it back on. I've also done system restore, which helped, yet after that I could not download any updates. I pray for the day we never have to spend endless payless hours trying to correct virus problems! Well..I can dream can't I :P Thanks for ANY and ALL help with this! K LO
