I have tried for two days now to get my PC back to normal and I guess I should have came to the Pro's two days ago. Ok, here is what's going on. I have Webroot Spy Sweeper with Antivirus and the following keep coming up:

Virus found: Troj/Virtum-Gen
Virus found: Trogan.gen
Virus found: Bckdr-QJL
Virus found: Troj/Bckdr-QJL
Behavioral found: Mal/Heuri-E
Behavioral found: Downldr-O

I ran HJT and noticed tuvvttr.dll as a BHO and DPF and checked and "Fix Checked" then went in and "Delete File on Reboot". Reason I did this was when I searched on the Web for the tuvvttr.dll and found the Vundo Virus associated with it. Everytime I reboot it keeps coming back. I cannot delete it in safemode because it is loaded into memory and registry.

I have downloaded and installed VundoFix, scanned and the following came up:

ddcvvuu.dll
ssqqnlm.dll
tuvvttr.dll
sigyanot.dll

I checked "Vundo Fix" and rebooted and they were gone. But, they keep coming up in Webroot. HELP ME!! I am not sure if I did more damage than good. Here is my HJT log.

Tyson,

Welcome to the forum, sorry for the delay but we sometimes get overwhelmed with logs .

Do this please.

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.
  • Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post the Combofix log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

We cannot proceed until you do this......
This is important , do this before you post a Hijackthis log
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe<-- Right click on Hijackthis.exe ( looks like a man with a spyglass ) and rename it to Scanner.exe

I need to see the Combofix log and a new HJT log renamed please

This can be closed...I decided to re-format the drive. Thanks for you help, though.

Sorry you have to go through that but some of this garbage going around is real bad.

Malware Complaints
Are you mad ? I mean really mad, seething mad, so mad your ready to spit, mad that you have taken your hard earned dollars to buy a computer only to have some Miscredents, Dirt Bags and Cyber Criminals install a malicious program on your computer without your knowledge or consent. You can post your complaint at the above site. If you live in the U.S.A. you can also report your grievance to your State Attorney Generals Office and the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Here are some free programs to install, all free and highly regarded by the fine people in the Malware Removal Community
  • Spybot Search and Destroy 1.5
Check for Updates/ Immunize and run a Full System Scan on a regular basis.
  • Spyware Blaster It will prevent most spyware from ever being installed.
  • Spyware Guard It offers realtime protection from spyware installation attempts.
  • IE-Spyad
IE-Spyad places over 4000 web sites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will severely impair attempts to infect your system. It basically prevents any downloads
(cookies etc) from the sites listed, although you will still be able to connect to the sites.
  • Firefox 2.0 It has more features and is a lot more secure than IE. It is a very easy and
painless download and install, it will no way interfere with IE, you can use them both.
  • Zone Alarm Here is a free Firewall from Zone Labs, I
wouldn't access the internet without it.

Safe Surfn
Ken
