I dont know how to do this stuff so now that I feel like a total idiot can someone please tell me in idiot terms how to burn this program so I can run it, I have tried everything but no progress, Thank you.

Have you tried reading this site and checked the Technical Info section? It describes things such as what you are asking.
If this doesn't help, please tell me what you have tried to get it to work that has failed.

In your post you did not refer to any one programme you have been attempting to run so more information please.

Here is a FREE memtest. Run the second one several times over a long period for the best results.
It comes as a zippped ISO file. Create a folder on your computer, unzip the file to the new folder- then burn it to a CD as an ISO file.
