can someone help me fix this problem cant seem to remove/close/fix WTOOLSA caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff7671f. Create a folder for Hijack This! (suggest "C:\HJT"), and download it into that folder. Use the link in my signature.

Run it from that folder.

Click "Scan".

DO NOT "FIX" ANYTHING WITH IT YET!! YOU CAN CAUSE SERIOUS HARM TO YOUR COMPUTER IF YOU "FIX" THE WRONG THING!!!!

Click "Save log".

Post the ENTIRE contents of that log file into this thread.

I am sure someone will be able to help you.
