Why are you using MSIE?

After looking through a lot of this forum I came to a realization. Something not mentioned and something I have known for years. The reason most of you are having problems is you use MSIE. It's easily hijacked and easily turned to "the evil purposes that dwell within the hearts of men" esoteric radio show reference.

Why aren't you using

FireFox is the most secure browser we have ever use and it gets the Lady Rin Seal of Approval she is a very trustworthy friend of mine. MSIE should be reserved only for those times when other browsers won't work. Like for banks and places that only support MSIE. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of trouble and heartache switch to FireFox today.


Sound like an advert. It's not. It's an honest testimony to Firefox.

I prefer IE myself. Are you saying FF doesn't get hijacked?

I might use F.F. if my life depended on it but then again I doubt it. I am like Mr. Tate, (and hi by the way, glad you are still here) prefer IE. I am able to do all I want with it and can go between 6 or 7 and use the way I wish for what I desire. Since the Givernment was a big pusher and supporter of the F.F I think I will stay away just don’t like them to know all my stuff all the time. and now that might get an argument going but I believe that is ALL I will say about it. Again, Mr. Tate it is good to know you are here to help still.

enough with the FF propoganda! everyone complains about IE having security holes and being easily infected….the only people who get IE infections and exploits are the ones who don't know how to surf the internet safely and keep their system updated. THE ONLY REASON why firefox is "more secure" is because it's not as popular (nor backed by a major company) so people aren't writing AS MANY (there are still alot) exploits for it….as firefox and opera and all the rest of the browsers start to gain market share…believe me….all of you Firefox devotees won't feel quite as comfortable

Let me say that if you keep your computer fully updated with definitions for your Antispyware/virus programs/microsoft updates you will not have a problem with IE. I have been running it for years without a problem.

We of course all have different opinions here and need to respect one anothers fully.
