Well after a week or so of noticing less then stellar performances by my computer, I have begun to become suspicious of there being some more evasive problems then I am aware how to deal with. Therefore I am turning to you (the community) for support in this matter.
First off im running a P4 2.0, Win 2000 patched to the latest service pack and all minor security fixes offered. Although the log states MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106) I do not and have not used IE as a browser on this system. I run the most updated version of Firefox (patched yesterday).
Below is a copy of the Hijack this report log. It makes very little sense to me due to my recent exposure to this app and the information presented within. However I am keen to learn more about it so that I may be beter fueled in the future to remedy problems such as these. Or atleast understand what im looking at. 8-)
I would love to know which things I should be looking to remove if any and what signs can I use when browsing through a log to know if there are things that need attention.
Any Help offered is MUCH appreshiated. And Ill Personally thank you in advance for any time and effort assisting me or looking through this log. "THANK YOU!!!"
Feel free to contact me via forums or through my email if you have access to it through forums.
