Power On Password

Hi all In work, we have tablet pc's and we had to set power-on passwords in the BIOS. Someone has set the power on password wrong and we don't know who it was, nor do we know the password. It's vital we get into the machine although it has no work or information on, without the password we cannot turn it on. anyone have any idea how to get in? Or do we have to send the tablets back to the manufacturer? many thanks, 'Bob
