Kaos123, we do not assist in circumventing security measures put in place on computers. We have no way of verifying who you are nor who the owner is of the laptop. If the computer came from the manufacturer like that, then that is the first place to seek help.
u dont seem to understand i am a technition i have my own computer shop and im trying to figure out why this computer is not letting me do its password or bios password
As I stated previously, at WhatTheTech we do not assist in circumventing security put in place on computers. Because you own a computer shop and you are most certainly charging the owner of this laptop to try and remove the password or repair it, there is a second reason that I cannot assist you. The technicians on this forum are volunteers who do not get paid to help others with their problems. We do it because we like to help. If you have placed yourself in a position to charge someone to repair their computer then you should have sufficient skills to do so and have no business coming to a volunteer forum seeking FREE assistance for your troubles, especially when the answers are already out there.
I too am a computer technician, and I also own my own repair shop. So, you have just hurt your case because I know that anybody who goes into the computer repair business should already know how to use the resources that are available to accomplish the task you are here trying to get us to help you with. It is a simple matter to remove the BIOS password or operating system password on a Toshiba laptop and that is enough said.
