I have Windows XP. I was running a lot of programs, closed them, then ran Spybot Search and Destroy as it hadn't run in a while. I think my memory was full (not sure) but an error box popped up but I could not read what it said as it didn't display any words. After hitting enter the system went to a blue screen and I powered down the system. After I restarted disk check ran and Windows said the system had recovered from a major error. My Spybot then popped up a warning that a registry entry had been changed:
Category: System Startup global entry
Change: Value deleted
Entry: KernelFaultCheck
Old data: %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k
Should I allow this change or deny this change?
Thank you.
