Though you describe that you received no response, I see from reading your prior posts, that you did receive competent recommendations. Unfortunately, you did not post back with all of your progress and/or additional questions.
We can best help, if we do know whether or not the Member has applied the recommendations, and what result occurred.
So let's start again.
Please reply with whether or not you've taken the recommended steps below, and with what result.
Please continue to follow the problem-solving in this thread, without starting new, or replying to your other, threads, until we have the matter resolved, or until a referral recommendation is made here for any necessary new thread.

_________I installed Kaspersky,should I eliminate Symantech.
For the time-being, leave your D:\ drive alone! (HP Recovery(D:) )
It is apparently your backup-Restore disk and if so, any changes would compromise your ability to repair your machine in the event of catastrophic failure. (Both Paws and Shelf Life have previously pointed this out in their replies)
_________
If Dell did not supply Vista Installation or Dell Recovery and Drivers CD/DVD, then there is the additional (Highly Recommended) issue of Create Backup Disks.
You should take up this issue promptly, make the Disks, and store them securely in a location away from your computer.
_________
Yes, you should be running only one AntiVirus actively on your machine at any one time.
Having two running active will slow the machine, cause conflicts, possibly leave you vulnerable, and cause crashes.
Best practice would be to select the utility that you prefer to keep and completely uninstall the other.
If you intend to keep Kaspersky, uninstall Norton/Symantec. or vice versa
________
Yes, again. From your "hand-typed" list of installed programs and applications, there will very likely be some areas where you can reduce the CPU/RAM load on your machine.
To take action on this issue, we'll need some important additional information.
The most thorough and easiest way to obtain the information, will be for you to Run the Full Tests at http://www.pcpitstop.com. It's safe, secure, (free) and takes only about two minutes on BroadBand connection.
(just a little more on dial-up)
Using Internet Explorer - Please go to http://www.pcpitstop.com
In the left-hand column, click on Full Tests
You will be asked to Register with a valid email address, create a password, and accept an ActiveX to enable your machine to Run the Full Tests. The entire process is quick, (free), and safe.
Once you receive your Full Tests - Results, click on the TechExpress Link information.
Copy/Paste the entire TechExpress Link information back here into this Thread.
We'll review/analyze it with you and help wherever necessary with recommended steps to take.
After you take the above steps, and reply with the above requested information, we can better assist with any Hard Drive issues. (again, leave your D:\ (recovery) drive alone at this time)
We can then also assist with getting your Printer up and running.
Some older Printers absolutely refuse to Run with the new Vista Operating System.
Give us the complete Brand and Model Number of your Printer and what steps you've taken to install its Drivers (and with what results) We'll research from there.
Best Regards
Doug
