Upgrading Graphics On Laptop

Hello! Would like to upgrade the graphics on my laptop, but not sure if its possible. Tried browsing around, but still none the wiser…. As far as i`ve understood it depends on if the graphiccard is intergrated on the motherboard or not. It`s a compaq presario r3000 with an amd athlon xp-m 3000+, compal motherboard and current graphiccard is nvida ge force420 go 32m. Any help/tips would be much appriciated. Best regards Kris42

Its normally not possible to upgrade the graphics on a notebook or laptop computer.

However as I have not personally worked on this make/model machine it would be best to double check with an HP/Compaq Tech, just to see if there are any workarounds.

They may be able to help with uprated drivers or more System RAM to optimise your machine which may help the graphics performance.
