You're in the realm of "preference" and "speculation", and beyond any credible means of predicting. Your machine is presently "unique" due to the courses of action that you've taken, some orthodox, some unconventional. Again you are in a position (presuming that you've done your file back-up homework) ………… of having nothing really to loose. Keep the machine as it is……. Delete a full installation in hopes of operating from the other……. Cut and paste on the machine as it is………. You always have format and clean installation as a fall-back option, should any of the others not be satisfactory to you. With all due respect to our committment to being helpful to folks persuing remedies for their machines, ……I see little benefit from examining any further "what if" scenerios. Take the plunge……………….
