My computer installed this program on its own and I can't remove it. I googled it and it told me to manually delete the files which I did but they keep on popping up again. It's slowing down my computer and keeps making it crash can anyone please help?

My computer installed this program on its own

on its own? thats a new one

need a hjt log as a reference point.

(VISTA disclaimer: not all diagnostic/removal tools will work on vista)i dont know what OS you have

hjt:

http://www.trendsecu.../HJTInstall.exe

* Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
* Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
* Click on Install.
* It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
* Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
* Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" and Paste the entire contents of the log in your reply.

ok thanks for the info: you should inform your IT dept. or its equivalent. Its possible for malware to spread between networked computers.You should also get there ok first for me to help because its not your computer or network. its not my desire to replace your own possible resources. Iam a volunteer.
