Autodialing computer log

When left unattended and the dialup connection is terminated, my computer has started dialing up by itself. I have run Ad-Aware and Spybot but they didn't solve the problem. I suspect that it has something to do with McAfee center, but here is the log:

Rescan with hijackthis and post a new log.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
