Hi, I have been having trouble with my internet connection for several weeks now. I have scanned my computer for viruses from tons of virus scanners(all trusted) I have searched for spyware and removed it and my internet keeps lagging, sometimes when I am checking the web it will drop me and say that the connection has reset. It is very annoying. I have realized that on weekends I am lag free, but on weekdays around 3pm-10pm my latency skyrockets and I cant do much. I dont know if its due to some spyware or trojan I cant detect or if its my internet provider. I would really appreciate any insight into this.

Here is my log:

Hello and welcome to the forum. How many anti-virus programs are you running? You need to use Add/Remove Programs and uninstall all but one. See if that helps. You only want one anti-virus and one firewall running.
Believe it or not having 2 firewalls helped my lag, but I am going to uninstall one of them. My internet connection seems to have been better ever since I uninstalled java and unregistered the vgx.dll. I did redownload java however. So for now its fixed but thanks for the advice
if i may:

Believe it or not having 2 firewalls helped my lag

no i dont believe it.
two av apps isnt good either.

weekdays around 3pm-10pm my latency skyrockets

isp over selling subscriptions
Yeah I was also thinking they had been sharing a connection with some one else. I did contact them and gave them a piece of my mind. I havent had any problems anymore. However I am keeping a close look at it.
I use WPA with a preshared key, 63 characters long. However wireless is disabled at the moment, since this is the only computer that is currently working.
