it's been quite awhile since iv'e needed your help. when i click to go online, my kbps is getting slower and slower. opening ie goes slow also. iv'e tried to use system restore to back up my system to see if things would go and faster at an ealier date. iv'e tried six different spots an it keeps telling me it can't restore at that point. i went to housecalls, and tried to download spybot s&d, and each time i get a message that the connection has been reset before it completes. i run atf cleaner on a daily basis. and i have logs from malwareytes and hijackthis. i hope you can help. this thing is really slow.
