Every helper on this forum and many other forums are trustworthy and qualified persons. All of them will give you correct information and adequate procedures.
As for the delay in replies, you may want to take in consideration different time zones and most of the volunteers on the boards have a job in real life and a family.
Making multiple topics across different boards and being helped at different forums is difficult for the helper too as he doesn't understand why his fix didn't produce the desired result.
