I see you've already posted your log appropriately. Unfortunately there is alot of demand here. Someone will help you as soon as possible. If for some reason you haven't heard from anyone in 5 days, please post here.
If you get antsy, resist the urge to post again to your original topic as that if someone sees a response they may think someone else is helping you and that could delay your actually getting help.

Welcome and yes it is frustrating, but we must remember that all the Malware team are volunteers. they have families, other jobs and give of their time to help us all out. In fact all the volunteers on this forum do the same.
Hang in there, they will get to you in the end - follow Tomk's last post.
