Hello.

I've been having problems accessing some web pages like Youtube and newspaper websites. It seems to have something to do with ad.doublclick.net because the web browser (Explorer or Firefox) usually gets stuck with the message "looking up ad.doubleclick.net…." Can you help? Here is my Hijack this log (and I ran edwido in safe mode before sending you this–it found nothing wrong). Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Also…my computer has shut down on me 3 times in the past week (ever since I installed microsoft access, service pack 2 and new security updates). When it shuts down I get a blue screen that says "Cancel_State_in_completed_irp…. disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing." And after I restart the computer and I report the error to microsoft, the following page appears in my web browser (and keep in mind that I bought this computer less than a year ago so I don't understand how it would need any type of upgrade already):

Solution not found: consider BIOS Upgrade

Thank you for submitting an error report.

Problem description

Microsoft is unable to determine what specifically caused the problem you reported.

Consider BIOS Upgrade

During the crash analysis, we noticed the basic input/output (BIOS) system version on this computer does not match the specifications for the processor that is installed on your computer. This can occur when a newer processor is installed on an older system board or older BIOS. Using a BIOS that does not support the installed processor can result in Windows system crashes. Please contact your computer manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer for an updated version of BIOS for your computer's processor.

Important: Upgrading the BIOS version may require moderate to advanced troubleshooting skills. If you are uncomfortable with performing these steps, you might want to consider consulting with paid technical support.

If your computer contains an Intel processor, you can use special utilities to identify your specific processor. Please click the following link for more information:
