Hi bilal388,

Is this the same machine and problem that you are dealing with in:
http://forums.tomcoyote.org/index.php?show…mp;#entry333754

If so, please complete your work with your qualified HJT advisor before taking any other steps to attempt repairs on your machine.

In the event that you continue to have "system related" problems after completing the "malware related" matters, please feel free to post back here with any additional questions.

Best Regards
Have you checked Device Manager for any yellow or red Warnings under USB controlers? Since this is a USB connected device, it is important to remember that when installing the software drivers for a USB device, you must install the software drivers BEFORE connecting the USB connector. If you want to reinstall the software…… First - uninstall via Add/Remove Next - unplug the game device USB plug from the back of the computer (or front) Next - Reboot (still without the USB game device plugged in) Next - Install the drivers for the game device Next - Follow the installation wizard for when to plug in the USB cord for the gaming device or — Allow the drive installation wizard to complete and then plug in the USB connector. When you plug in the connector, Windows will pop-up a notice "found new Hardware", "Installing drivers for new Hardware" "You new hardware is ready for use". Check in Device Manager first. If yellow or red Warnings appear for USB controllers, then "Remove" the item and Reboot. Windows will reinstall fresh drivers for the USB controllers Keep us posted with your progress. Best Regards
