I read through other posts regarding removal on this, and ran into a snag. When I try to run hijack this it says it cannot run because of a missing file "MSVBVM60.DLL" That stops me dead in my tracks. I have McAfee Security Suite on my PC. I get multiple pop up warning every day that say spy-agent.bc has been found and cleaned, but it can't actually be getting rid of it because it just keeps coming back again. Anybody have any fix solutions for this or any explanation about what this missing file is or how I can obtain it? Thanks in advance.
Are you running a Virtual Machine on your computer?

The "missing" .dll file identified is a standard part of Microsoft installations and is considered "safe".
Not having it is known to interfere with VPN and Visual Basic operations.

Download and install the missing .dll safely from this location:

Then Run HJT and post the Log file in the thread you have already started over at Malware Removal.

I'm presuming you've already done the preliminaries in getting ready for help in the HJT Forum.

Please download, update, and run Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware SE Personal (both are free)
Download SpyBot Search & Destroy
Download (Free Version) Ad-Aware Personal

Next:
To get rid of Temp and Temporary Internet Files where this kind of malware hides and gets its first toe-hold in a machine:
Download, install and Run CleanUp! 4.51

Next:
Run the following Online scans and post their Report back into this Forum Thread
Run Panda ActiveScan
Panda Active Scan
Run AVG Ewido Online Scan
AVG Ewido Online Scan


Next:
Create a New Folder on your C:\ Drive and Rename is to appear as follows –> C:\HiJackThis\

Go here to download HiJackThis.exe (fifth button down in the left-hand column)
Download HiJackThis.exe Here
Save HighJackThis.exe into your newly created Folder C:\HiJackThis\

Please run HiJackThis, by double clicking on HiJackThis.exe
Select "Run a system scan and save a log file"
HJT will scan your machine and create a NotePad Log of the HJT Scan.
In NotePad, Select Edit - Select All and then Copy

Paste the HiJackThis Log into the Malware Removal Forum as a New Topic, here:

Write a brief description of the problems you have encountered and give a link to this thread, so that the Expert will know what you've done up to this point.
