Can someone assist me? my internet and specifically my messaging services disconnect and reconnect like every 15 minutes? Solutions?

Can you give us a little more information, like, are you connected through dial up..or dsl..?

im connect thru DSL, everyone keeps telling me that its because of my router, yet when i was at school (lan system) i got disconnected alot there too, and at another location far from my current place on a cable system
