Hi

I cant install my Flash 5 (not flash player). I've got a cd for this software and when I run the setup, I get this error:
The install shield engine (ikernel.exe) could not be launched. No such interface supported.

can anyone help me….
It worked earlier but then I formatted by comp and now I get the error.
