Internet Explorer "page cannot be displayed" & Norton In

Firstly, Internet explorer is not working properly. I cannot go to certain sites. "Page cannot be displayed". DNS servor error. Secondly, my Norton Internet Security is down. Shows everything is disabled and cant enable them. If anyone can help me or let me know what to do? plz repond. Let me know what to post or attach to this post.. ty :)
ok i tried to do as suggested …..and cant open page due to IE page cannot be displayed…..i tried all the virus programs Ad-aware, spy bot, etc….

Unfortunately, when one infection is present, others may have intruded as well. You should immediately post your HJT Log over in the Malware Removal Forum for expert assistance. In the meantime, you should limit your online presence with this computer.
