[Closed] Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

In the past week or so, we seem to have a good connection thru our IP, but it's very hard to connect to the MSN homepage or other websites. If we can connect to MSN.com, when we try to click onto another page we'll usually get a message of "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Sometimes when we're on MSN.com or another page, smaller windows within that webpage will display part of the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. We recently added " Urgent Microsoft patches", and wonder if this has disrupted our internet service. We also installed Norton Internet Security 2009 two or three weeks ago, but we didn't see our current problem until later. HJT log and start up files are shown below. Thanks for your help.
