no internet via router after recovery win32 torjan-gen svchost corupt

My son has been jacked!!!
after a system recovery we reinstalled new versions of avast aaware spybot and hijack this and we are still not able to get the net back up and running…

we have run this so far plus a few other tweaks and nothing sems to help

along with disableing restore and re enabling restore and emptying the dns and resetting it clearing out temp files and such so far no good~
I have walked thru about 4 different sugestions along with some of my own but nothing is getting this up again.. seems the router is sendin signal to thesystem buthtesystem is not seeing it.. i have a green light on
and a blinking orange light on realtek NIC LAN card should htey both be green and is this finally a pats issue??????
