Hi My kids computer has started to log off the instant you log on? Same happens in safe mode. There are two accounts on the pc, mine as administrator and the kids one. I've long since lost the windows CD to try a repair so wondered if this is a virus or bug that might have got in. I don't think it's a corrupt disc as everything fires up and windows starts … it's just that when you log on, it goes through the process but within a second of being logged in it acts as if you've just asked to log out by saving your settings and going back to the welcome page? The PC is running windows XP home edition. Any help gratefully recieved!
