Post a new HJT log. As far as not being able to get into Safemode, when were done I am going to direct you to some windows support sites that are better at dealing with this sort of issue.

This is my sisters laptop. She has had it for 3 years now and this is the first problem with it. So I would say that it is pretty good. Seems to work great from what I've seen. Thank you again for your help I will check out those links you gave me. Won't give up till I figure this safe mode thing out lol. Take care Mneenee
