You have
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gwiz] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntsystem.exe,
successfully delete it,
but after reboot it come again…

hmm.. you might want to post a hijack this log. Alternatively, from the command line, simply type DEL -F
