Homepage Hijack and automatic play song

Dear Experts,

I need help. I have been used Xsoft, adaware, spybot and norton anti-virus to check my PC but nothing really help. My PC still have the following problems:

i. Homepage set to be www.7939.com and cannot be modfied (even in regedit mode)
ii. soundman.exe will connect to joy4fun.com via port 80 after login the PC (I saw it in my firewall pop-up)
iii. Sometimes it will play some song automatically

Can any body help me? Below are the Hijackthis log. Thanks.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Realplayer.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Realplayer.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Realplayer.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Realplayer.exe

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\system32\realplayer.exe <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)
