My Hijackthis Log And Some Problems...need Help Plz.

Posting my hijackthis log here..
Computer has been going nuts lately, I have ran spybot, adaware se, kaspersky and prevx 2.0 several times. Did this in safe mod also and in safe mod it didnt find anything.
It keeps poping up windows randomly. Also, it starts playing songs and I dont know who or what it is using to play songs. I cant stop playing them.
