Cannot Open The Website

Hello:

I have some problem in opening the web site. The web site will be quickly redirected to http:/// with continous clicking sound.
I used ad-aware 6.0 to do some cleaning, it works temporary and the problem reoccurs when I open the computer next time.

Create a new folder called C:HijackThis, move the HijackThis.exe file into the new folder and run it from there. This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong.

Click here to download Pocket Killbox by Option^Explicit. Extract it from the zip file then double-click on Killbox.exe to run it. In the 'Full Path of File to Delete' box, copy and paste the following, clicking the red 'Delete File' button after pasting each one:

Click 'Exit' when done.

If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run TheKillbox, click here to download and run missingfilesetup.exe. Then try TheKillbox again.

Kill box didn't find C:\WINDOWS\System32\dxmrtp.exe file. I tried to attach the zip file dssenh, but when I uploaded the zip file, it was not attached. I don't know why. Only winpack zip file was attached and send to you.

Little bit more to do. Open TheKillbox again, copy and paste each of the following lines into the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox, and click the red button with the white X on it after each. Keep track of any files it tells you either could not be found or could not be deleted, as you'll need those later:

C:\Program Files\Toolbar\toolbar.dll

For the files that it either couldn't find or couldn't delete, in the killbox again this time, put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot". Copy and paste each file into the file name box, then click the red button with the X after each. It will ask you if you want to reboot each time you click it, answer NO until after you've pasted the last file name, at which time you should answer Yes.

When it reboots, with only HJT running, have it fix:

Open TheKillbox again, copy and paste each of the following lines into the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox, and click the red button with the white X on it after each. Keep track of any files it tells you either could not be found or could not be deleted, as you'll need those later:

For the files that it either couldn't find or couldn't delete, in the killbox again this time, put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot". Copy and paste each file into the file name box, then click the red button with the X after each. It will ask you if you want to reboot each time you click it, answer NO until after you've pasted the last file name, at which time you should answer Yes.

OK, at this stage you should have a lot of files in your !Submit folder. Zip them up individually and try to send to the address I gave you earlier. After sending what you can, delete the C:\!Submit folder.

Then find and delete these folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinTools\
C:\Program Files\Common Files\tqflolbl\

Click here to download System Security Suite. Extract it from the zip file into a folder and doubleclick on sss.exe. Check the boxes under the 'Items to Clear' tab and click 'Clear Selected Items'. You will be prompted to reboot, do so. Repeat for all log-in accounts on your computer.

1. Right-click My Computer>Click Properties>Click the System Restore tab>Check the box next to 'Turn off System Restore on all drives'>Click Apply>Click OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Repeat the process but this time remove the check from the box.
