Dear peeps, i did a chkdsk scan and found 288kbs in bad sector. i have been having blue screens recently saying dumping physical memory and something abuot damaged registry hive. I was unable to log into windows, either the comp keep restarting by itself, or it displays blue screen.I put in the windows xp home ed cd and run into dos mode and ran a chkdsk. after that, my comp is back to normal again, after few weeks later, blue screen comes again :( I suspected that my windows critical files maybe be utilized in the bad sector, corrupted, causing these problems? Any suggestions will be appreciated. apologies to the chunk of unorganized text
