I would like to apologise if I do anything wrong here, it is the first time I have used this site.

I'm not sure if there is something wrong with it or not. I tend to have the 'touch of death' with computers, so maybe it's just decided to annoy me XD

Anyway, my laptop has been acting strangely; restarts if I leave it for no reason, automatic updates fail to install (Yes, I have a real copy of windows). It's never happened before. ALSO, something came up about

drwtsn32.exe

I think it's ok now XD Sorry for wasting your time, I'm pretty sure it was the heat that was causing it to restart unexpectedly, since it's cooled down it hasn't been doing that. It's a laptop, the vents are on the bottom so there's no real way of keeping the vents clear of obstruction, hence it overheated. I found out how to install the updates too, so basically isn't all ok again. Thanks for replying anyway =)
