Hi I recently discovered a problem with my computer, what happened was yesturday i discovered that everytime i tried to delete or even hold my cursor over this specific folder my desktop would restart, and a Dep warning would pop-up. I've been trying to rid my harddrive of this all day, by using spyware removale programs such as Adaware, spybot, and mcavee. The problems is consistant and is only getting worse.. its infecting my reg. startup now, and freezes 5 out of the 6 times i boot up. My friend told me that it was in my registry, thats why its taking control of the startup. He suggested I dl Hijackthis and get help from someone who knows more about the situation. If someone could help me out, i would be very grateful. Thanks.

Important: Do this before any fix.

Please put your HijackThis in it's own folder, (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT).
You can do a Right Click on any open area on the desktop, New> Folder, then rename the folder HJT.

Go to where your HijackThis is and Right Click on HijackThis.exe, select Cut, then open the new folder you just created (HJT) Right Click in the folder and select paste.

The reason we do this is Hijackthis creates backup files just in case you'd need to restore one and we'll be cleaning out the temp files.

After the above:

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Double-click My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Clear "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files" folder, select "Show hidden files and folders."
Clear "Hide protected operating system files."
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Please do not delete anything unless instructed to.

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads a text that will open (report.txt) Please save this file, you'll need to post it with a new HijackThis log.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
