When IE wouldn't open, my brother did a check with adware and spybot, and deleted the "bad things". However, with it, he seems to have deleted the upper toolbar( which says file, edit, favorites, extra,...)When starting the pc i also get a message which says that bar can't be found.... Also I cannot open .exe files or download anything with IE...I'm using mozilla instead, but still files i dl won't open. also certain applications like AVG scanning don't work, and when i tried to dl hijackthis to look after other problems, also this .exe file wouldn't open.... Anyone knows how to handle this???
