deleting $NtUninstallKB823182$ type files

I have a bunch of old files that are like this:$NtUninstallKB823182$. All have different names of course. Is it safe to get rid of these old files. They are taking up lots of disk space. Or is there a utility that can help me get rid of unused and old files? Like the ones above, .log files. temp files… Thanks Frank

Thanks pacman1223. The cleanup app. worked like a charm. I was able to free up about 800mb. Though I still don't know what to do about the $NtUninstallKB823182$ files. It didn't touch those. Are they files I need or do you know if theycan be deleted. Any ideas about that. Thanks again dadeo58

Hi dadeo 58, looks like those folders are to do with windows updates i would leave them for the time being unless someone can tell you different,some info here………
