Not a good idea to be browsing the Internet with your Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, and Firewall disabled.
It only takes about 35 seconds for a bot-scanner to compromise your system once it finds you, and that can be anywhere on the internet.
turn your security programs back on. They probably weren't causing your problem in the first place.
Go ahead and run your onboard programs as manual scans at this time, to clean up as much as they can get.
Now delete your Cookies, Temps, Temporary Internet files
To do this goto:
Control Panel - Internet Options
Click on Delete Cookies
Click on Delete Files
(In Delete Files you will be given an option to Delete Offline Content. Put a checkmark in the box for Delete Offline Content and press OK)
Clear your JAVA cache
to do this goto:
Control Panel - JAVA
From the JAVA console Select - Delete Files
Clear Temp Files
to do this (enable view hidden and system files in Windows Explorer then goto:
C:\Windows\Temp [delete all the files contained in that Folder, but don't delete the Folder itself]
Clear Downloaded Program Files
to do this goto:
C:\Windows\downloaded program files
[Delete the content of that Folder, but not the Folder itself]
I recommend that you attempt to run a couple of online malware scans.
I realize you are telling us you can't download, but give it a try anyway and tell us about your results.

Go to this site and attempt to download HighJackThis
http://www.radiosplace.com
You can download the .zip format or the .exe format.
Try both/either
When you download HJT.exe or .zip, place it into its own permanent Folder...
Something like C:\HighJackThisFolder\hjt.exe
Then Run a Scan and Save the Log.
If you get this far, copy and paste the HJT Log into the HJT Forum here for assistance at the HJT Forum.
Otherwise post back here with your progress. [Don't post your hjt log into this "other computer problems" forum, since we do not analyze HJT here.]
Best Regards
