Hi, My computer has recently started giving start up problems. These are not consistent, and range from re-booting during the start up routines to blue screening with a stationary cursor to re-booting at random while running an application. This is getting worse, and today it would'n't start at all. So I booted up from the system cd, and, althought it eventually stared, I got the message "disk i/o error 00008001". Can anyone help with this one?
