Hi everyone … just registered and wanted to introduce myself. I am AKHandyman and I live in the Eastern Interior of Alaska, in a small town called Tok. I own a small computer build/repair business and I need more knowledge in fighting spyware and malware. Most, if not all of my customers are older people that have little or no real understanding of how to surf the internet "safely". I am constantly getting called and asked "Why is my computer doing this?" I go to check out their computers and find that it is totally "infested". I explain about firewalls, spyware and such, and sometimes, I might get through to them …after they get my bill! :wall: Anyways, nice to be here, and I hope I can learn some more from you all.
