 I do not know what I am doing wrong here. I had one computer that I kept crashing until they gave me a new one. I now have had it 1 week and I am crashing still. I have a lot of memory and have not put much on this one. I cant seem to keep programs like hp organize or even the IE windows to stay online. I can get them back of course I just keep crashing and I have an issue with hp updates. When I had the first one, even though I had turned off hp updates it was still running in the task manager. Now they replaced my hp with a compaq and now even though I shut off the automatic updates it is still running in Task Manager and I have to shut it off every time I turn on my computer. I have things like ccleaner on my computer because it is easier to use and cleans out all tracking cookies. I had avast and deleted it because neither computer would let me download all of the files to use the program. So now I have AntiVir. Did that today. Also ran Look2Me-destroyer it found nothing. When I recieved this computer out of the box it had 2 trojans that avast found and took care of. So why is this one acting as bad as the first? At least I had that one for 3 months before it started acting up. I guess what I am looking for is did they trade me a piece of carp** for a piece of carp** or is it something I am doing? :) I would appreciate any help or suggestions because it is driving me crazy trying to figure it out. Thanx Lisa
