I run an utility program call NoAds as an additional popup blocker. Over the last couple of weeks, when I open NoAds under the "Currently Open Windows" pane there appears an item called "Floating ToolBar". I have marked it as a target to block and it will not disappear. When I update targets from NoAds web site it disappears for about three browses of the web and then reappears. Repeating the same process with the same results. I assume it is some form of Malware but cannot locate it. Any suggestions. This "Floating ToolBar" does not show when not on line nor does it appear under View or View Toolbars. I do have Google and Roboform downloaded as additional toolbars. Any ideas or suggestions as to what this is or how to delete would be appreciated. Thx..
