Hello,
I have been recommended to this forum In the hope you can help please.
My daughter's laptop has blue screen of death!!!
She downloaded some pic's from a website the other night she can't remember where from (or she aint telling me cos I have warned her before after getting a virus)
Anyway she swithed it on today and get's this error on the blue screen;
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent further damage.
It then gives more info then
technical info- ***STOP:0x00000024 (0x001902fe,0xf794880c,0xf7948508,0xf738c1fc)
*** Ntfs.sys - Address f738c1fc base at f737f000,datestamp 41107eea
I tried booting from CD but it wont let me repair or reload.
Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance
