New locking up problem

Recently my pc has been having temporary total freeze ups lasting from 20 secs to 2 mins often five or six in a row. Much more frequently straight after switching on though not only then. Have run virus checker, spyware, adaware software but nothing seems to help. Worried this might be malicious software though hopefully not. Help advice please if you are able. Thanks

This may not be a viral issue, however, not only will this log show if it is or is not, it will show what your startup configuration is.
