I left my computer runing for the night because I wa sdl something, when i woke up it had probably turned off automatically. I restarted the computer but I first of all don't see the bios, then I see the message that Windows didn't shut down properly and asked me to choose one of the options for starting up, like safe mode, last known configuration,…I choose all the modes but with the last known configuration option i can see the windows XP starting up I guess, but then the screen goes to the bios mode and after the bios mode the screen reshows the options again, and it just keep on going like this, with options such as "safe mode" the pc automatically seems to shut down because it takes VERY long…
hmm.. well.. you have an application or two thats simply not ending it sounds like. Go here to download Hijack This. Then scan but do not fix anything yet. Save the scan to a log and then copy and paste the results of scan into a new thread in the Hijack This and Spyware removal forum. Lets eliminate any spyware/malware issues if there are any and then go from there.
new developpemnt, when trying to restart again in safe mode i got this multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WNDOWS\system32\…. there was like 30 times this line, but a diffreent file after the system32… also i can't get into windows so i don't see how i can use hijack (>_<)
Ok then your going to need your Windows installation cd. You need to make sure the boot order is set to boot from cd drive before the harddrive. Put it in and boot up. when you see "Press Any Key To Boot From CD"… do so. Follow the instructions as if to install a new copy of windows. You will first get a screen that asks you if you want to repair a current installation or install new.. on this one (the first time it asks you) you want to choose to install a new/fresh/ copy. Following the instructions again it will ask you once more. This time choose to Repair ..IF YOU GET TO THE PARTITIONING PART OF INSTALLATION you have gone to far and need to press F3 to quit
Thanks, although there were unexpected problems so i just reinstalled windows and had to delete my C harddrive (-_-) I don't know if this still belongs here then but everything works again, but very slow, i'm not saying like weppages that load slow but like when i scroll down it's not a "fluent" movement, it like goes in pieces or something?also when watching video files they seem to play slow while the sound is ok
Since you are still having issues…

Run memtest to see if you have any memory issues. If not and you are able to open you pc remove cards one at a time and cd ribbons to eliminate bad hardware. Any cd's not showing up at this time? Any thunderstorms the night of the power loss???

If you're not sure about removing hardware, then don't.
