Thank you for any help. I get Messenger pop-ups stating that there are critical errors within computer. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to TomCoyote forum. You log looks fine, so you must be talking about the Windows Messenger Service. This has nothing to do with MSNMessenger or Windows Messenger. Here is a link to the instructions for turning off this service. Thanks to Microsoft for enabling it for you.
