never ending error pop ups

a variety of about ten different windows pop up saying something is wrong with my registry and I need to go to certain sites to fix it. The top of the window says Messenger Service. The pop up every 3 minutes or so and pile up if I dont close them. The problem started as soon as connected my new modem and am using a new ISP. Dont know whats causing it.
