Virus Problem

My trend antivirus keep reporting this virus. how do resolve this ? c:\windows\system32\rdrive.sys TROJ_ROOTKIT.E Also, in my process list, i keep seeing this exe. character and numbers random but it follows this format. XX999X.exe X - any alphabet 9 - any number I always try to kill it and it can be killed successfully. advice appreciated
