A colleague of mine keeps getting the following Access Violation message: "Access violation at 0X01EC98281 (tried to write to 0X00030FFC) programme terminated" Any ideas on what this is, and/or a solution would be most appreciated. thanks

looks like a application is trying to use memory thats already being used. do you know what program you are starting when you get the message? if so i would contact the programs manufacturer for help/troubleshooting. if its freeware/shareware i would just uninstall it and look for a similiar alternative to use.
